Beachbody Performance line: These supplements have changed my life. The pre-workout energizes me and get’s me ready for my workout & the post-workout hugs my muscles so they aren’t sore and offers me all the vitamins I need post workout! You can grab them here!
Lavender and Peppermint Essential Oils: Literally after 3 seconds of smelling these you will feel relaxed. They are perfect to put on the temples of your head, in your bubble bath, on your wrists or in your diffuser! You can grab my favorite lavender here and peppermint here!
Avocado toast: Because, yum. I made this with the Everything but the bagel seasoning from Trader Joes!
