If you ONLY have 1 free hour in your day for YOU – this is what I would suggest you do with that hour. 

60 minute reset…

0-5 minutes – Journal

5-10 minutes – Deep breathing exercises / meditation

10-20 minutes – Read a personal development book

20-50 minutes – Get your sweat on

50-60 minutes – Take an epsom salt bath

Taking this 60 minute reset break to refresh your busy mind will leave you feeling refreshed to conquer the current day or start the next day.
