Green Juice Recipe

Serves 3


3 Cups Spinach

1/2 Cup Coconut Water

4 Mint Sprigs

8 Celery Stalks

1/2 Cucumber

2 Apples

1 Lemon, juiced


  1. In a blender combine mint sprigs, spinach and coconut water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Seperately in a juicer; juice the celery, apples, and cucumber.
  3. Combine the spinach and cucumber mixes.
  4. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon into mix.
  5. Stir and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  6. Ready to drink!

Juice is good for 48 hours.
