Green Juice Recipe
3 Cups Spinach
1/2 Cup Coconut Water
4 Mint Sprigs
8 Celery Stalks
1 Lemon, juiced
- In a blender combine mint sprigs, spinach and coconut water. Blend until smooth.
- Seperately in a juicer; juice the celery, apples, and cucumber.
- Combine the spinach and cucumber mixes.
- Squeeze juice of 1 lemon into mix.
- Stir and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- Ready to drink!
Juice is good for 48 hours.
